| Posted by golf29 Can not find map file from sd card I have just bought new iGo map and POI on a sd card fo my car touch screen,dvd ,cd etc 480x800. When I insert the sd card in the gps unit mesage reads "Can not find map file from sd card1 please insert the sd card." How can I fix this? |
| Posted by ipapa-GDT4 new SD card Try turning off the complete unit and turn it on with the card inserted and then go into the GPS function - if you are lucky, it will say something like - the last time you started this program it failed, do you want to reset all of you configuration to factory defaults. try N no first and if that doesn't work, repeat the process only selecting Y. If that doesnt work, your card is most likely faulty. |
| Posted by ipapa-GDT4 Where did you buy the updated map data please Golf29 - where did you buy your new map data from please? Mine is now getting out of date and naviextras wont even sell me the complete software, let alone the map updates! Thanks Ed. |
