| Posted by anthonysteele728 GPS data team POI downloads in windows 7 I have experienced difficulty in getting the POI downloads to work. By a process of elimination with the help of Mark i came to the conclusion that the software does not function fullly on a 64 bit computer. I use windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. So i re accessed the site with a different partition operating on windows 7 home 32 bit and all works perfectly well. has any one else experienced this or can throw any light on the subject? |

| Posted by bernienchris Win 7 x64 I am also using 64 bit Win 7, and am having no issues with downloading at all. However I never use Windows internet explorer, have for years used Firefox, but lately am using Google Chrome as my main browser. I am also using the latest beta 64 bit flash player, which I think makes a difference. |

Likewise, I have had no problem downloading to a 64 bit Windows 7 Pro laptop and, like bernienchris, I never use Internet Explorer, only Firefox. Cheers, :D |
