| Posted by jrc-dc BMW Sat Nav Hi, completely new forum to me. I have just updated my car satnav, BMW iDrive Professional, in a 2007 530d E60 car, with the 2011 dvds. These do not have speed cameras as a POI, my last disc from 2010 had the cameras as POIs. :( I would like to add the cameras as an extra POI. Unfortunately I do not know any details of my system and hope that someone with greater knowledge may be able to point me in the right direction :? |
| Posted by terry_hannah Inbuilt Car Sat-Navs I recently checked out a few new cars (not beamers) with a view to purchase. At each dealer I asked the question if the factory sat nav could be updated with POI's downloaded from the web. Each dealer gave the same reply that the only map update was via the factory dvd. Sometimes the POI's are just as necessary as the map detail so I hope you have better luck with your BMW sat nav. |
