| Posted by Heather What to do with it before I dump the Nav N Go iGo 8 I purchased the NavNGo Nav N Go iGo 8 8.3.2.80621 It works but every time i put in where I want to go to, it finds that destination but always tries to start me off from an address in France..... I cant get it find me where I am on the GPS I am tearing my hair out Please please can someone tell me what to do with it before I dump it? Heather |

| Posted by danieldeleven3 Re: What to do with it before I dump the Nav N Go iGo 8 You also need to ensure that the you find the GPS device in the iGO settings so it know what com ports to use etc. After that, when you first lock onto a GPS it will direct you from where you are instead of the inital setup. |
| Posted by Guest iGo default start position minus GPS fix You can put your coordinates into the sys.txt file to always start at that point before your device picks up a GPS signal. |
| Posted by keithwhite lack of distance befoe the battery goes flat . Please explain why when plugged in to the the in car charger the battery still only lasts for approx 2 hrs before every thing goes blank. This is no good if you are on a long journey.( what can you suggest to overcome this problem) as I travel long distances fo my work. :roll: :roll: |
