| Posted by railsig3 Garmin 1390t lane assist We moved from a 300, a worthwhile upgrade. Our only negative is the chimes and display for POI alerts. We would prefer voice and a readable display. |

The lane assist seems to doesn't work on my 1370t, I tested on several trips in Canada and when the highway is splitting in 2 there's no special screen lane assist junction as advertised on the web. Somebody know if this function only works in the States ? |

I find Lane assist invaluable, I do a lot of driving around Australia with a caravan (trailer)attached and this function allows me to position myself in the correct lane well in advance of the intersection. There is also another feature Junction View that shows a picture of the exit and exit signs. :D |
