Garmin 1390t lane assist

Does anyone know anything abot the lane asist and and street name speaking on the new Garmin 1390t?
Is there any point upgrading my Nuvi 250?

We moved from a 300, a worthwhile upgrade. Our only negative is the chimes and display for POI alerts. We would prefer voice and a readable display.

No Lane assist screen ?

The lane assist seems to doesn't work on my 1370t, I tested on several trips in Canada and when the highway is splitting in 2 there's no special screen lane assist junction as advertised on the web.

Somebody know if this function only works in the States ?

I find Lane assist invaluable, I do a lot of driving around Australia with a caravan (trailer)attached and this function allows me to position myself in the correct lane well in advance of the intersection. There is also another feature Junction View that shows a picture of the exit and exit signs.

Worth it's weight in gold with a caravan behind. Just hope there are many more added.
