One month of use with Nuvi 3750T - Updated Review

Part 1: Garmin 3790T - New Product

Part 2: One month of use with Nuvi 3750T - Updated Review

The first thing I noticed with the Nuvi 3750T was that the boot time was much faster than my old unit (Nuvi 660). There is greater internal memory allowing for fewer issues when updating maps or adding additional maps.
The satellite seek time is reduced also. These small updates are something that one would expect for a new generation of Nuvi, it something I expected, and I'm pleased that Garmin addressed the issues.
I remain thrilled with the slim design; it's slim but sturdy. I would recommend anyone considering a 3750T, purchase a protective case, as traveling can be unexpectedly rough (No case is included).
The "Voice Command" is very good. It will allow you to browse, among other menu selections, your "Favorites" menu by just speaking. I have noticed that during normal conversation the "Voice Command" menu will appear. It seems it is a sensitivity issue.

I do enjoy the elevation feature, as a point of curiosity. I have used my Nuvi 3750T on my fights and it quite interesting to watch the speed and elevation indicators change. It's something that will help pass the time on some trips once you've read everything.

I still recommend this unit. I would grade the Unit A-/B+

Any other comments on the Nuvi 3750T?
