Firefox cookies

Firefox is my main browser. I just joined and when I try to d/l poi files, I get this error msg:
You should allow cookies.
Your cookies are currently disabled

I checked and have cookies enabled and have an exception to allow gps-data-team.com.

Not sure how to proceed with FF. I get around this by going over to Google Chrome and getting the files. But I would like to get FF working, if possible.

Anyone else run into this with FF?

Re: Firefox cookies

I use Firefox - no issues at all.

It could have to do with one of my many extensions. I'll check with the Mozilla folks and see if they have any ideas.

Cookie Issues

After reading the above posts my situation seems really strange. I'm running both Win 7 (home version) and Vista Business, both 64 bit versions.

In Win 7 I'm running FF 3.6.15 and even running in Safe Mode I still get the cookies error. Similarly it also happens with IE8!!

If I boot instead into Vista both FF 3.6. 13 and IE8 both work OK i.e. no cookies disabled message. Weird!!

Is it Win 7 (64 bit) causing the problem given neither FF or IE work properly?

Win7 64bit

Win 7 64 did certainly have issues with browsers in 2010-2011
I am now using FF without any issues.
I trust an update has now sorted your situation

Install the FF update and try again.
