| Posted by jullip200 Nuvi 1390 Freezing? Hi Guys I have a Nuvi 1390 and it has frozen on me for no apparent reason a few times now. It seems that the voice goes strange and then it just freezes.I can't turn it off and it just stays frozen until it decides to turn itself off. Does anyone know how to fix this or why it does it? Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. |

Pretty sure it's a firmware issue considering they rolled the update back to 3.70 and it tells me that's the latest available. Doesn't even support ecoroute hd now even though it did pick up the newest 2011 maps. oh yeah, and all that is after they gave me a new unit... |

| Posted by optimize Re: 1390 Have you tried reverting to the older firmware? I would give it a try before you do that to isolate the problem to the firmware. I've 1490t and never had a problem. |
