Converting Mapscource file to paper maps

I know this sounds like backwards thinking, but I am going to be leading my car club on a fun run in a few weeks. Some of them have Garmin GPS's, others have different brands of GPS's, while others have no GPS at all. I need to get the route plan out to as many of them as possible in case a red light or something else seperates the group.

I have my route all mapped out on Garmin Mapscource. Saved it as a .gdb. Tested it on my 1490T and it works good there. Tried downloading it to someone else's 255 and couldn't get it to work (another topic for another thread)

What I would like to do now is convert it to:
A) a format that is easily downloadable to work on as many different types of GPS units as possible and
B) A Hard copy map w/ turn by turn directions to hand out to the old-school drivers.

I'm sorry if this has been discussed already, my searches keep yeilding ways to convert POIs but not routes. I don't want the other people's GPS's to find the 'best route', I want them to take my route.

TIA for any sugestions, methods, software downloads, etc that may help.
