| Posted by Guest Nuvi 765 Volvo edition My nuvi 765 starts up whith a Volvo logo , is there any chans to remove this . The problem is that i an no longer a Volvo owner! Thanks for the answers, but there is no splash screen that I thought. The Volvo loggon comes up instead of Garmnins boot image. Directly on the power on. |

Hi, Leiwi The nuvi unit will allow you to change opening logo. If the volvo is default logo, you can try this way to modify the logo: Changing Opening Logo 1. Select 'System', to enter the system setting menu; 2. Choose 'Display', then select 'Change...' for 'Splash Screen'; 3. Select picture from unit internal storage or Memory Card; 4. Wait for reading picture, and wait for 3 sec after picture displaying, then choose 'yes' to confirm to change opening logo. 5. Restart your unit, then you find the logo changed. |
