| Posted by w.kerr Nuvi 765 Volume Having just got a nuvi765. I've set the volume to 100%. It doesn't seem to be that loud as my previous 250W. Does anyone else think that the volume is low on this unit? |

| Posted by johmazz2006 re You can also use it through your car radio by setting it to use a frequency you can select yourself, in an unused area on the FM frequency band. Garmin recommend the lower band as it should be less cluttered. |

| Posted by vadimrg 765 volume Keep in mind that if you do use the aux input on your car stereo, the volume level coming from Nuvi is lower comparing to the level that comes from the tuner or CD. You can, of course increase the volume on your stereo, but you will have to lower it back when you listen to CD or to radio. |

Yes I just purchase one and had to turn the radio up louder to hear my music and I looked all around and there is no way of making it louder outside of the basic controls. |

I am half deaf but can hear mine ok on full volume and without the hearing aids, volume set at 60% with hearing aids in. |
