Camera alerts affect media player on 765T

Camera alerts affect media player on 765T

Whenever a camera audio alert goes off, eg., "red light camera ahead!" and a playlist is running on the onboard media player, the current track stops playing and next track starts. This continues every time the audio alert goes off, so if you have it set to repeat, the media player will keep advancing the tracks until the alert stops.

I've tried deleting and reinstalling the poi's, but no fix.

Anyone else have this problem? Any fixes?

FM Media player problems

Have noticed the same so only use the FM transmitter section when out of town and the warnings are much less. Only other option at the moment is to limit your warnings to the absolute necessessary ones only.

Alert pauses music

On my 765T the music is paused, the alert sounds, and the music resumes. I am getting no issue with jumping tracks on the playlist.

I have updated firmware to 3.90, maybe that makes a difference?

These is a new software update as of the 1st of Jan 2010 that addresses this issue. I have yet to try it it out. The update however does address this problem.
