| Posted by in2oil How do you setup a new Speed warning on a Garmin? Does anyone know or tell me how to setup a new speed change so I remember not to speed in a specific street. I am thinking about the one on highway1 eastbound where it goes from 80 to 50km.. thanks for your help. |

| Posted by rvcasa Re: How do you setup a new Speed warning on a Garmin ...on the POI Loader app import the POI file but choose manual instead of express, on the next screen choose the proximity alert: alert the speed or alert distance of your choice. |

If you choose 80km, it will automatically set you a proximity of 800m; If you choose 50km, it will automatically set you a proximity of 500m. |
