| Posted by mklife How to avoid POI's If I plan route in my Tomtom then go to veiw summary of route (browse as text) it will show all turns distance and road names , but not POI. Is it possible to show them if they are on route so that they may be avoided (plan alternate), for instance weight restrictions or low brigdes? Also if anyone knows how I might get postcodes from coordinates that would be great. Thanks |
| Posted by the.conehead Reply Your probably best viewing the route as a map. If you've set the maps to display the POI's then it will show the ones on the route. Then if you want to avoid you can just click "avoid part of route" and click the parts on the map with the POI's. Hope that makes sense, seems a bit of a long way about it but hopefully will work until some techno whizz can advise! |
