| Posted by Spectrum Re: Newbzone It's okay BK. Just ask what you want to know... TomTom made it easy... Save any OV2 POI file to your map folder and you'll be fine. You can save 2 additional files (BMP - icon file and OGG audio file) if you want to see the icon on the screen and to get a voice alert. Regards |
| Posted by BK Thanks! Thanks for the friendly and informative reply. I did add POI's for Home Depot and a couple of others from this site and I'm assuming they made it. Are all POI files for TomTom named for the individual store, hotel and restaurant?(Home Depot ov2) Is there a way to download POIs in batches rather than individual businesses like "Hardware", "Hotels", Convenience Stores"?
