I tried the Serial Number on the bottom of the unit, and keep getting the error message "Error - The Unit ID that you entered is incorrect; please recheck the About screen and try again. " Any help would be appreciated :) |
| Posted by simon3 Unit ID From the Main Menu, press on Preferences, press through to the 3/3 screen then press on NAVMAN About. It's shown on the 2nd line on mine. |
