Speed camera POI format and modifying N95 LMX files

Firstly the reason I found this site was because I was looking for a legitimate, free, speed camera txt to use with a S60 speed camera warning application. The format should be something like:

-4.3915,55.80222,GATSO@30
-4.3914,55.8,GATSO@30

The UK speed camera GPS data in the Garmin POI files has the long & lat's but it doesn't say what these relate to, it is just followed by DST (I think) and a string of digits. Do these relate to speed camera types and speeds and if so what are they?

Incase I can't easily converty them I have also been trying to get the LMX files to work with my Nokia maps but the last file I downloaded had something daft like 4000 entries in it which makes my landmark application crash and they won't work in Nokia Maps.

Now if I had the time I could go into the POI manager which allows you to at look indivdual GPS points on a map, and then I guess delete the ones I don't need. Is there any way that you could import all the POI data onto a map and then use a system similar to the map creator where by you use a point and click system to draw around only the area of map required this allows you to make small unique maps for you. If I was able to do this I could then create a unique POI list (containing only maybe a quater of all the speed cameras in the uk) because I only really need the South Coast of England and also parts of North Wales.

Is this possible or is there another way of doing it?
