| Posted by celia No GPS found -to locate/ find position Hi got a TOMTOM One Europe22. Having problems when turning it on, as it is unable to locate position and it has frozen on the last position when you turned off the device. When we came out of Luton airport it still had the last position in Spain and then saying unable to find GPS. We tried everything even clear route and plan a route but it kept dloing it from Spain. IT took about 15 mins before it recognised the M1! Any ideas? Is this normal? |
| Posted by perkinsd GPSquickfix You may need to go on TomTom home and download the GPGquick fix. I have a GO720 and if I dont update it regularly it takes a long time to find satellites. 8) |

| Posted by addy Re: GPSquickfix I've had similar issues if I don't have a really good view of the sky too. Try this from somewhere clear if possible and also ensure you have the latest tomtom home software and gps quickfix installed. ~J |
