| Posted by NewOne Mapshare problem I have a legit version map and TomTom Navcore 8 on my TT One XL. I decided to remove the map corrections as seems theres some mischief going on with people. On certain sections of the Bruce highway the speed limits are totaly screwed up and some streets have been marked as blocked etc. I went thru the painfull process of correcting them. I selected only verified ones from TomTom home and guess what, they screwed up again. From now on i will only use my own corrections as I suspect that this will be an area over time that people will find it funny screwing maps up for others. I have read that this is happening in other countries as well. |

| Posted by pachink Map Share Problem Upgrade my Tomtom software to 8.300 and map to 815. After this upgrade noticed that Map Share was no longer working. Spoke with TomTom and they admitted there are a few bugs in the software such as no selection of country in the map share preferences. |

One should back up whatever they have on whatever GPS they use before adding anything at all then at least you can go back to what worked before the new updates. Just a thought! syd |
