Posted by Father of Abraham Mac OS Hi there, We have the same issues. We only have Mac computers. My wife's work gave her a Navman s80 as a present. Do you think we should change it over or do you think we should instal it in the car and assume that by the time we want to upgrade maps or something - the Navman people will have realised that Mac's are a growing part of the market? |

I went out and bought VM Fusion, and run windows XP which runs navdesk perfectly. A word of warning though, Navdesk does not work in windows 7 which is pretty poor seeing we have known windows 7 has been coming for over a year now. Navman customer service was pretty useless and couldn't offer any assistance or time frame on when windows 7 would be supported. |

Posted by rbunker21 Mac Software There is a cheaper windows emulator for mac that I have found very good and will allow most Windows programs to run on my Mac. It's called Crossover and you get a free 30 day trail before buying. |

Not yet and I don't expect they will be in a hurry given their response to customer service. Have successfully used NavDesk for the MY55 with Windows XP running on Parallels on the Mac, have had issues accessing the S90i in a similar configuration so the newer NavMan's you may have luck the older ones not so much. |
