| Posted by galecoyle RBC East Gwillimbury To Whom it may concern: I visited RBC Yonge & Green Lane East Gwillimbury today Tuesday September 29, 2020. On finishing banking I found my car keys missing, after looking around & not finding them I went back into the bank where a lovely young man offered to help me find them ( approx. 11:10am I did not get his name so I am hoping this gets to the right place to acknowledge his help) he found them on the driver seat, passenger window down about three - four inched, he got his arm in but the door would not open from passenger side so he went to his car got his umbrella in the window and managed to get the keys out, not an easy task from passenger side seat to driver seat with big space between the two, anyway I couldn't hug him due to Covid-19, but I would like to have his helpfulness recognized by your Branch Manager, the lad went out of his way to help me and it should be recognized.
