| Posted by SandyFoster Target West St Paul Employees Yesterday (8/20/19) I brought an elderly lady in to make a purchase of an IPAD and Modum/Router, along with an Alexa. The target electronics employee (Vinni) was so extremely helpful that we were able to purchase everything she needed and understood what she needed. Vinni took a great about of time to discuss various computers, routers, etc that would fit her needs. I was so impressed by his knowledge and patience with all the questions she asked. You have yourself a great employee. Along with Vinni, the Tech working there was Alex, who was able to connect her to WiFi and explain everything she needed to do to be successful in setting up her new systems. Your store did not carry the Alexa she wanted and Alex called Target in Inver Grove Heights, MN and had one ready for her to pick up right away. I have always been a great fan of West St. Paul Target and this just solidified all my reasons for shopping at your store and recommending it to anyone who asks. Thank you Sandy Foster |
