| Posted by Guest Shell Ottawa/ILLINOIS 61350-9707 Tried to get gas at pump 3 or 4. Swiped my card and it would not come up on the pump. Went to another pump and swiped my card. It came up approved. I started to pump the gas and it promptly shut off at $.06 It would not pump any more. I went inside and all she said is I cant help it if the pump doesnt work. She said I would just have to hang it up and do it again. I never got a cents worth of gas and my card was charged $.06. The amount is not the issue. That attitude of the lady is what is at issue. Plus, how do I know that if I tried it again, I wouldnt get charged a nickel or maybe 4 cents. |
