| Posted by denbostu Garmin TourerPlus One Hi Everyone I am having problems with my Garmin Tourer Plus One. I use it in our Land Rover Freelander 2 which has a heated front windscreen. The problem we have is can take upto 10 - 15 miles or twenty minutes to log onto a Satellite which is not acceptable. I have read that front windscreen heaters can effect or block the gps signal. Once it logs on it is fine, so: 1. can I fit an external GPS aerial to this model 2. Will it make any difference Thanks for your advice Merry Xmas to all |
