| Posted by jotalbot48 Centrelink Sutherland My husband and I went to the Sutherland Office today and we are trying to call by phone because of an error we are experiencing on line. Ringing the numbers on what purports to belong to the Sutherland Office simly gets us to the central phone numbers. I want to speak to someone in Sutherland! it is misleading in the extreme to have numbers which I cannot use to contact Sutherland. Now I am going to have to go there. And being put on hold for lengthy periods is also very dissatisfying. You can't treat me as a person if all I can talk to is a machine, followed by interminable music! |

I would like to let you know that an officer called Bill (William) interviewed me and he was so helpful, patient and understanding of someone, nearly 90 and deaf, that I wanted to tell you how comforting the experience was with him.
