Mercedes 2017/2018 speed camera

I have a 2018 Mercedes GLC with Garmin Map Pilot 2017/2018.
Has anyone managed to upload the speed camera database to this system, and if so, how, as I am scratching my head.

I downloded speed cameras POI and join original gpx with POIs. It works well, but without sound notifications.
