Nuvi 3970LMT does not show maps?

Posted by kim44 Nuvi 3970LMT does not show maps? How do I fix, that my garmin nuvi 3790 cannot show the maps? I can input a new location, but when I drive, no maps and roads are showing on the gps. The background is all light blue?
