| Posted by Won't use again McDonald's Stansted Airport Stung by their draconian car park rules. Recieved £100 fine and a letter that stated we could not appeal as 28 days had passed, which was incorrect. Spoke to the manager who was as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Bottom line will not use again in order to save 100 pounds to pay the fine, customer service = zero, customer loyalty=zero. |
