| Posted by Belinda Daymond Clicks Pharmacy Cinnamon Square Ghastly pharmacy staff. Customers are ignored. When is Clicks Cinnamon Square going to get it right ? There is a designated line with a name for SELF MEDICATION and a separate designated line on the other side of a glass partioning that says PRESCRIPTIONS. Surely by logic, the Pharmacy at each counter helps the Customer in the PARTICULAR DESIGNATED LANE and not ignores the customer at Self Medication because there are more clients in the Prescription lane. Clicks to sort out the dedicated lanes for Self Medication and Prescriptions and one pharmacist / 2 at a lunchtime to help customers in a designated lane and please don't ignore the one lane just because the other lane is busier. You have lost a customer and will never recommend your store. Cinnamon Square, you have just lost yourself a customer and my chronic medication refill. I will never recommend your store. |
