| Posted by Guest US Post Office Ukiah CA Contact by phone is totally inefficient for my question. I made 3 calls with no success on my issue. I have received one piece of mail in 3 weeks. Very unusual. I have a change of address confirmation and did received some mail close to Oct 16 for a few days. After this date, some came to me with yellow tag or new address. Otherwise, 1 pc of mail came in the last 10 days. I was expecting mail from Ukiah last week, this had my new address of PO Box 1865, Ft Bragg.
