| Posted by Guest Three Sisters Shell Ultra City Dear Manager, We stopped at your service station on Monday where we also used your grass area at the parking area for our small children to play. On leaving I reversed from the parking spot only to collide with a steel pole causing R47000 damage to our Honda car. I looked at the pole and the others which are used to hold a height restriction chain and could help wondering how a high profile organization such as your could be so inconsiderate as to place such a dangerous obstacle in a public parking area used by travelers with full packed cars and also travel wary. This pole is easily in ones blind spot when reversing in an area where one would really not expect a row of unprotected steel poles so carelessly placed.
