| Posted by Guest RTA Young I just wanted a direct phone number to the branch of the Young branch RMS to get information about stored number plates. But no I had to go through a computer generated load of hog wash, to then be put on hold. Get your act together please, we want to be able to look up the direct phone number for the RMS that we choose to use. Every government department is the same. How about using the good old phone and a human on the other end, that way there would not be a cranky person hanging on the other end on hold listening over and over again to terrible music and getting even more wild. The same goes for trying to look up the number through the RMS pages only to end up with the same number. |
