| Posted by Guest Optus Tuggerah Hi Optus, It is so frustrating to contact OPTUS to speak to a human. My enquiry is not covered by your options. I rang the store at Tuggerah direct but was automatically put back to the recorded voice message. I will have to drive 3/4 hr to just talk to someone and explain my dilemma. Russell :( |
