| Posted by Tina Re: Do we need to put verification code on main page? Hi Any page will do as long as it helps your customers to find you. Frequently visited listings propagate faster. Hidden links and rarely visited pages do not help. The more prominent placement will help to speed up the listing verification and propagation. You probably already know that you can not remove bad yelps. The best practice is to list your business and promote your listing BEFORE you get your first bad yelp. Yelp, trip and other rating sites will eventually run out of money and die, but their bad reviews will remain archived on the Internet. Regards |

There is several ways I can open my listing. If I go to POI files and navigate to the business manually thorugh country category etc, then I can see my business listed along with add edit, delete etc options on the right. If I click edit. It takes me to a page with a map, my co-ordinates and a marker, which is fine, and a description box which has my description in it. There is nowhere I can add your template... If I go to POI edit it takes me to a page requesting a file upload and im not sure what that means, there is nowhere on this page that I can select my listing. Do I just add details and it will automatically link to my listing? Lastly there is the direct url to my listing, I can go there and click edit. But when I do it gives me this "IMPORTANT NOTICE: You can not edit this location. It may be already changed. Try to refresh the POI list or contact us (POI moderators only). Go back." This may be because I requested the listing to be deleted? How would I do this? |
