| Posted by drraymont Coles Salisbury Last Saturday my wife shopped at the beautiful new Coles Parabanks and left an item of her paid shopping on the checkout table. On Monday I visited the store with the receipt in the forlorn hope that it might have been retrieved. I was astounded at the result! The Checkout Operator ("Jimmy") had entered the detail of the item, time etc. in a book and the item was promptly given to me with a smile! Ten out of ten to Coles for top customer service and top integrity! A rare pleasure in this age of commercialisation and profits - Coles really cares |
