| Posted by George Hache ESSO Lindsay ON K9V 4X3 Having been purchasing my gas at your location for a while now , I find it very difficult to accept that most of the time, if not always, one of your pump forces us to go inside to pay. Not only is inconvenient, but it is very frustrating, especially if you are in a hurry. The only conclusion I come too is that it is being done intentionally so that you are able to attract someone to go in your store and buy something. I know of many friends who feel the same way, and I will, and so will they, I'm sure, be looking at an alternative place to do our gas purchases if this continues. It's really a very sad World whereby one has to revert to a situation to make more money, but knowing how efficient the Esso Company is, I find it very hard to believe other than the above motive.
