      When you are saving to the Navman F20 additional POI's it asks you where to save this, but the only option i have is the internal memory even though i have an SD card installed. How do you save them to your SD card.

Also could i not just copy the file directly onto a SD card via a Smartcard reader on the PC or do i have to do it through the SMartST software.

This issue should be discussed with Navman programmers. I agree that Navman POI installation is not as easy as on Garmin devices.
