      Is there any way to get a generic well-structured CSV download format, where each and every field is independently in its own column? Right now in many data sets the phone number or the fax number etc is mixed in with the address field etc.

I'm not sure if you mean that they are actually messy or they seem messy. Can you open it in excel in their respective columns?
