Nuvi 660 having worked well for 12 months or more the Bluetooth has become disabled in the settings of the Nuvi. Tried to enable and the screen locks out. Tried restore manufactures settings and the reset at the back of the unit and the boot mode on start up. Any ideas would be welcome |

Hmm...I would try to update system software over the WebUpdater (more info on Garmin site). If it didn't help, I'd send it to the authorised Garmin service.

| Its now November 2009. This has just happened to mine after a firmware update. Referred the matter to Garmin Support in Sydney who were unable to fix it over the phone. Another consultant ascertained that the problem was that the Bluetooth software version was showing as 0.00. Spoke with engineers and then advised that Garmin would send me an email with a details of a prospective fix. It that didn't work then it would have to go into Garmin (New Zealand somewhere) for fixing. No email yet - after one week.
