      Could someone tell me if these speed camera alerts are available for the Navman F10 and if so how are they loaded into the unit. I don't have any extra cables for this,ie USB so how do I load same.

You will need to update your software first. See here: http://www.gps-data-team.com/pda-gps-navigation/viewtopic.php?p=6471

Then a standard mini UB connection should work - any cable say from a digital camera should function downlad stand Navman POI (csv) and apply using your dektop software
