A quick question. How up to date are these American POI files? I am planning a trip from Toronto to Florida going through Buffalo to Erie and straight down through the mountains. Also, do most of the Speed files have the speed listed so I can tell the GPS to notify me only if I am going over the speed limit? Any info you can give me is much appreciated.

You can not find any beter poi database and service than this one. I can download all POI updates and create my own pois. It's always online, up and running.

I use the GPX speed and redlight camera database for Garmin in the eastern United States and I love the database. It has the speed limit listed for many locations, but I do not use that as I do not speed. I've never been in Toronto. You can search and see on the map all known camera locations in your state. It's quite a simple logic: If it's good there, it must be as good everywhere.
