Does anyone know Navman's phone number or where I can download Navdesk software so I can reinstall my s50?
I lost the disc.

Hi
You cannot download software you can only get it from Navman. If you call Navman that the disc has been damaged/lost etc. and that you don't have it, they will probably send you a new disc free of charge but it does take around 9/10 weeks before it arrives!
Here is the list with Navman Technology Support phone numbers.

Navman site has a contact form. If you leave your phone number they can call you back. Problem is they never call you back. Better you call their help desk.

| I have tried to install NavDesk 2008 software onto my computer (running Windows XP) to no avail. The computer does not even detect the disk, even when going via Start - Run - D:\Install.exe. What can I do?

| We at first experienced problems with the navman disk until we noticed it was a DVD not a CD.

Hallo
I'm still waiting, and waiting... for my 2009 update.
I bought my S50 on the basis of teh update, I filled in teh forms, gave them my address etc etc but still no dvd for me.
Can anyone please point me to a dvd/other source?

Check list to call Navman:
1. Have pleny of food and water. You may get hungry and thirsty while waiting for a human.
2. Do not use a cordless phone - it'll fry your brain
3. Use a speaker phone to prevent the neck and shoulder pain
4. Ask someone to refill your coffee mug every hour
5. Do not hung up after just an hour or two.
