Help! I went to Gamin dowload section, downloaded basic to desk top, it called itself 'Test POI Loader, when I unzipped it had lots of BMP files and CSV files. There doesn't seem to be a path as in directions where you can express install. Furthermore when I connect the Garmin and access the files on it, the POI Test Loader is in there with all the files but does not show on my device when in the car as being loaded. WHAT have I done wrong?? Jill |

Hi jillslade,
You downloaded TEST FILE. ()You need to read emails...) Your download zone link is emailed to you. All what you need to do is to get "real" file (not test file) and to follow provided step-by-step instructions (in PDF file).
