      Have a Navman F20 which has been working fine, but now I cant get past the warning message when you switch it on. I push the tick and nothing happens, have tried resetting the thing a few times and it still does not work...any ideas?

Do you have the connectivity kit?

If so you can upgrade the internal software (firmware) to version 2 then reset it and try again. It may be just a software bug in the system


Also have you tried using the car power adapter and turning it or or just using it on battery?
