I have downloaded the Garmin POI Uploader on to my Mac. And I have downloaded the points of interest in CSV format. But when I go to convert them the POI loader doesn't recognise them. Can anyone advise me please? |

| one hint i found out was to make sure the file you have downloded the poi to is not open.also close down all tabs on the toolbar to your garmin.

| You could try downloading the files as gpx and see if that helps?
