      I like many others own a F20, but not being a master of the computer ask what do I need to install your program,is the program all that's required,or is there additional programs involved.

Hi
There are just a few installation steps, but if you are not confident with software installation than you should see your retailer who can provide all required information how to purchase software from Navman.
