GPS POI Data - Registration Agreement Terms

Thank you for your registration.

By clicking Register below you agree to be bound by these conditions.

You are not allowed to post your or anyone else's email address in our GPS forum. The e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one). Your registered email address will be visible to the board administrators only.

This forum system uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered above; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure.

While the administrators, moderators and affiliates of this GPS POI Zone will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every submission. Therefore you acknowledge that all submissions and posts made to these GPS POI Directory and forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators, affiliates or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned.

IMPORTANT: Registered users will have permanent access to all files in our POI Download Zone except just a few files marked as "CUSTOMERS ONLY". You will be able to add and edit your favourite business, safety and recreational POI locations and to share POI files with the GPS community. Registered users can join our Affiliate Program. Registered users will get all required support with our business POI listing service.
